This website project was developed to meet the public’s need for online shopping, especially for clothing products. With this website, customers can easily search for and purchase the products they want without having to visit a physical store.
The project began with the creation of a Project Charter, which includes objectives, project goals, deliverables, scope definition, project milestones, assumptions, constraints & dependencies, related documents, project organizational structure, and project authorization.
The initial step involved creating an Earned Value Analysis Report, which contains:
Planned Value (PV) or Budgeted Cost of Work Scheduled (BCWS)
